So which server is going to be home to Demise?

This is ridiculous!@! I took 10 seconds of my time to think about random names and place them down with absolutely zero research at all.

Last I read the majority of uthgard Midgard was going darkhaven, including their Zerg leaders, granted it's not many people but I know they like to PvP and Siege...that and it doesn't appear that it will be low pop, which is really the only type of server I choose to avoid (med pop has the bonus of getting online and controllable economy, high pop has the bonus of...well lots of people of effecting everything from PvP to the cheap economy)...low pop gives us nothing. Also side note that a lot of guilds will likely wait until a day prior to see where the servers are really going population wise.

I probably won't be on release day, so I'll go wherever demise is, but I do feel the only bad server is a low pop server...but hey who knows where the cards will fall in three to six months, could always start on the most populated and end up on a low pop, we do have sweet luck like that...

Why didn't you mention Uthgarde from the beginning yo?! That would have made a world of difference!! LOL!

Well mostly because if the entire alliance were to come that would still only be like 150 players...ie not enough to effect population, and I doubt the entire alliance is going to go play GW2. I only care because I like the three zerg leaders that have all mentioned trying it out, and they mentioned darkhaven. I'll go check the forums as the big Hibs are all going to a server as well...so would avoid that one

Good call. Good zerg leaders will be paramount for WvW. It would be good to have some leaders around who are used to keep siege warfare.

Mike please make a Sticky on GW 2 Forum for the final decision when its made.
