Aion Online

Hey all, There have been a few of us tossing around ideas for the next big thing. Aion looks very promising and is slated for release sept. 22. For any who might be interested in checking it out, if you pre-order the game you get early access/beta invites/in game items. There is a beta event this coming weekend.

The NCsoft store is only allowing 1 pre-order per household atm, so if you need 2 or more copies you will need to get your second copy from a 3rd party site like gamestop. I ordered lynde's through gamestop and she had her beta key seconds later.

No pressure here, just an open invite to all. Use this thread to to discuss aion, post vid links, talk about class selection and so on.

I am thinking spiritmaster, ranger, or chanter/cleric... Ugh I hate having to make decisions!! I am really leaning towards the chanter.

P.S. we will be playing the Asmodians, correct? I mean come on their eyes glow red when they are entering battle!

Extract 5.3GB to folder named Aion, move to NCSoft folder, point NCPatcher at Aion.bin file, bam. Use Firefox and an addon called DownloadThemAll... Currently raping their download server with 10 connections... No more 35KB/s streaming for me...
